Conference Rooms

There are nine separate conference rooms, of varying sizes, which can accommodate meetings and events for groups of 10 to 320. Each room can be arranged in the client's preferred seating style. Our largest event space will comfortably seat 280 guests for a meal.

Executive Board Room

The Board Room is primarily available to the University Board of Trustees and its committees. The Board Room seats 42 representatives at a large, permanent hollow oval table. Each seat is equipped with a live in-table microphone allowing all attendees to hear each other easily. Tape and video recording facilities are built in to the room and can be utilized by external groups for a modest fee. There are small, separate private conference rooms for sidebar conversations adjoining the Board Room.

Conflict Resolution Center

The Conflict Resolution Center is a small, self-contained suite of offices and meeting rooms equipped with its own reception area. This space is ideal for law and diplomacy exercises as it offers classroom space with adjacent observation rooms for students and professors to observe and learn without disrupting the proceedings.

Reflection Room

The Reflection Room is a tranquil space at the rear of the Institute overlooking the Garden of the Sea Plaza and the city and ocean beyond. The Reflection Room is open to all and will not be scheduled for any events, except as agreed to by the Provost and Director.
